Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Linden Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
