Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Virginia Beach, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 669 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
