Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Lumen North Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Reno, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 321 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
