Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Highbridge Vale Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Miami plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
