Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Junction Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 499 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
