Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Farms Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
