Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Amberfield Willow Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
