Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Bluepeak Bright Press is a printer and publisher in Madison serving local and national clients, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
