Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Highbridge North Medical designs and makes medical devices in Des Moines. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
