Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Nova Maple Press is a printer and publisher in Milwaukee serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
