Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Harbor Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 903 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
