Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Highbridge Loom Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Portland. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
