Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Rivermark Ember Manufacturing is a Jacksonville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
