Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Harborlight North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Anchorage. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
