Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Corner Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
