Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Redstone North Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Atlanta region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
