Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Lumen Maple Press produces print and digital publications in Fort Worth, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
