Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Bright Juniper Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
