Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Omaha region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 543 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
