Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Clearpath Vista Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Denver. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
