Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Nova Ridge Medical Group is a San Jose company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
