Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Ironwood Maple Auto Group is a Des Moines company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 232 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
