Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Amberfield Iron Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in El Paso producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
