Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Stonegate Vale Manufacturing makes precision components in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
