Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Highbridge Lantern Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Jacksonville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
