Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Fernwood Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Austin region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
