Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Farms Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
