Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Redstone Field Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
