Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Westbrook Amber Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
