Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Rivermark Beacon Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
