Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Keystone Farms is an agricultural business based around Raleigh, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
