Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Pike Pharma develops and makes medicines in Raleigh, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
