Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Glen Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Raleigh. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 957 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
