Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge North Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Raleigh, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
