Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Wren Farms is an agricultural business based around Raleigh, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
