Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
