Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lantern Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
