Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Providence, RI)

Cedar Willow Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 546 people based in Providence. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
