Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Auto Group Associates and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
