Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Pittsburgh region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
