Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Pittsburgh, PA)

Lumen Vista Medical designs and makes medical devices in Pittsburgh, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
