Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Field Press Group is a printer and publisher in Phoenix serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
