Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Bright Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Phoenix plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
