Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Timber Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
