Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath River Press produces print and digital publications in Phoenix. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
