Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Phoenix. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
