Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Vista Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
