Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Pike Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 461 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
