Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Iron Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
