Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Haven Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 981 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
